1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Flash Morse application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.
2. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on an Android device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms.
3. Hardware and Safety Disclaimer
Device Safety & Physical Usage
Flash Morseutilizes your phone's camera flashlight and camera lens at high speed and frequency to transmit and decode light signals.
1. Flashlight Stress: Rapid flashing may generate heat or put strain on certain hardware. Use the speed sliders responsibly. We are not liable for any physical hardware malfunctions, overheating, or degradation of your camera or LED bulb.
2. Photosensitivity Warning: Flashing lights can trigger epileptic seizures or visual discomfort in sensitive individuals. Do not aim the flashlight directly at the eyes of humans or animals. Discontinue use immediately if you or those around you feel dizzy or experience discomfort.
4. Local Use & Data
The application operates locally without server sync. You are solely responsible for maintaining the physical security of your device. If you clear the application data, uninstall the app, or lose your phone, any locally saved history records will be permanently deleted.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the light transmission or camera-based decoding will be 100% accurate in all environment conditions (such as heavy ambient light, fog, or dust). It is intended as a utility tool and should not be relied upon as a primary device in life-threatening emergency situations.
